A Pandemic Spark That Became a Purpose

Creative Impact began in 2020, during the height of the pandemic, as a creative response to a rapidly changing world. What started as a way to bring virtual keynotes to life through graphic recording at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has grown into a trusted partner for organizations seeking clarity, connection, and culture change.

Rooted in the science of Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Creative Impact bridges creativity with evidence-based approaches to leadership and team development. Our work supports the full human capital lifecycle—from attracting and developing leaders to strengthening engagement, retention, and performance.

Jennifer Boon is an acclaimed organizational development consultant, author of Leadership Unlocked, and trusted advisor to NASA. Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant

Brandi Hawkins is an executive coach, leadership-development consultant, and instructional designer with more than 20 years of experience helping federal agencies and mission-driven organizations build leadership capacity and learning cultures.

As the founder of Vizionary Project Group, Brandi partners with leaders and teams to create the space needed for clarity, growth, and courageous transformation. Her work blends executive coaching, adult learning design, and DEIA facilitation to improve not only how people work—but how they work together.

Brandi is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF-PCC), Project Management Professional (PMP), and PROSCI Change Management Practitioner, certified in the Leadership Circle Profile 360 and Mile Marker 360 assessments. Her philosophy centers on the belief that “everything is possible with the right space”—a principle she brings to every engagement to help leaders navigate uncertainty and lead with authenticity, purpose, and confidence.

Anastasia Byler is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR, SHRM-SCP), a doctoral candidate in Industrial–Organizational Psychology, and a dynamic leadership coach known for blending evidence-based practice with deeply human insight. With expertise spanning HR infrastructure development, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness, she has authored training programs, co-authored textbooks in personnel psychology, and facilitated workshops on DiSC, MBTI, Emotional Intelligence, and other assessment frameworks.
